By talking about your needs and by asking questions it will help you make the best decision.
WHAT DO I BRING WITH ME TO THE GYM?
Please bring a towel (one can be borrowed for $4 if you forget), wear loose, comfortable clothing that is suitable for exercise. You will also need to wear proper exercise footwear (runners), a positive attitude and a smile.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I GO ON HOLIDAY?
We have a suspension program for when you go away.
AM I LOCKED INTO A CONTRACT?
Your first initial 12 months of any direct debit payment plan if you choose to cancel there is a “cancellation fee”. Any period after that initial 12 months you are not locked in. We also offer a “no commitment” direct debit payment plan.

You have the option to choose either private or semi-private personal training and be confident that whichever option you decided, you will leave your sessions feeling stronger and fitter.
SO, SHOULD I DO PERSONAL TRAINING OR SEMI PRIVATE?
Personal Training is ideal if you:

Have specific goals that would benefit from one on one training and expertise.

Have injuries or health issues that need, skill and knowledge in exercise prescription.

Prefer a more personal touch with your exercise and want care and attention to your progress.

Are serious about reaching your goals within a specific time frame.

Are feeling unmotivated to exercise and are not achieving your goals.

Want expertise, knowledge, experience and professionalism to guide you in your fitness journey.

ARE ALL YOUR TRAINERS QUALIFIED?
Yes – all out trainers have a minimum Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness and are registered personal trainers.
Furthermore, all staff have additional qualifications in a range of other related disciplines. Eg. Nutrition coaching, weight loss management…just to name a few.
WHO WILL BE MY TRAINER?
We focus on the “personal” in personal training and will match you with the trainer that have the most appropriate skill set for your particular fitness and training goals.
I’M ALREADY FIT & KNOW A THING OR TWO ABOUT EXERCISE – WHAT CAN WAUCHOPE FITNESS CENTRE DO FOR ME?
Our staff have a wealth of skill and experience which enables us to design programs to suit your needs – whether you take up a membership, small group training or personal training, we are confident of our ability to offer the right degree of challenge and intensity. Maybe even push you outside your comfort zone if that is what you are looking for.
I ALREADY HAVE A TRAINING PROGRAM BUT WANT TO TUNE INTO MY NUTRITION – WHAT CAN WAUCHOPE FITNESS CENTRE DO FOR ME?
Whether it be to lose weight or gain muscle, one of our certified nutrition coaches can sit down and have a discussion about your goals and design a personalised nutrition plan.
