We know there’s a reason you joined the gym. You could workout at home or go for a run but you came here for MOTIVATION!
Studies show that 90% of exercisers prefer to exercise in groups. This is even more relevant on those days where you just want to lie on the lounge and watch TV.
The average Group Fitness participant attends 3 times per week. Not because they ‘have’ to go to the gym, but because they WANT to go to the gym.

Our Yoga classes are a combination of Tai Chi, Balance, flexibility & stretching. A workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm.

Full body workout

Constantly varied movements ranging from body weight exercises, weighted exercises, running, rowing and Olympic lifting A fun rewarding class that can
challenge you or help improve you on a fitness or personal level with encouraging coaches and class mates.
HIIT
Train at high intensity for short bursts followed by a period of rest. Burn maximum calories, even hours after you workout! Test your strength, endurance and improve your cardiovascular fitness in a fun, ‘bang for your buck’ workout tailored to all fitness levels.
Zumba Toning
When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar! It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high energy cardio work with latin infused Zumba moves to create a calorie -torching, strength-training dance fitness party.
Pilates
Strength stretch and lengthen
Our Pilates classes include exercises that promote core strength and stability, muscle control, and endurance for better posture, balance and flexibility.
Work your full body but leave feeling strong and rejuvenated.
Pilates Fusion: Involves standing and matwork

Low impact
A functional movement class focusing on movements we need for everyday life, but do not be fooled this class incorporates many traditional exercises to challenge every muscle group focusing on strength and conditioning.
Technical Boxing
Want to learn to box?!
Our instructor has coached students to competition level!
You will learn foot work, combos, correct technique and how to throw a punch, all while getting a sweat up!
